Linda was great! She worked with us to give us ideas as to how to prepare our home to sell. Her ideas and suggestions paid off. She was patient with our concerns and did not push us to make any bad decisions. She was also patient with our concerns to ensure the inspection write ups were "common" and work through thee items identified in a timely manner. We would recommend Linda to be your seller or buyer as she is very keen on making sure your needs are first and foremost of importance

I've had the priviledge of working with Linda for many years on the Strano property management side. That awesome customer service was perhaps a bit too high of a bar for my realtor search which made me count my blessings when I learned that Linda decided to apply her skills on Strano's realty side. Linda's unique combination of property management and realty experience took all the usual frustrations out of selling that I experienced before: I knew that maintenance inspections and repairs would be done right priced right and timely due to her extensive professional network. Her selling advice was also always spot-on. All of these factors combined to be a huge stress-reliever and allowed me to fully focus on serving and protecting our constitution in Washington DC and overseas.

I had a wonderful experience working with Linda to sell my house. She was consistently friendly patient supportive and prompt in responding to my many questions and concerns. She stayed calm when I had trouble doing so and the advice she gave me when I was preparing my home for market was helpful. I had two offers on my property within a week of its listing! I give Linda credit for making me commit to deadlines for having it staged photographed and listed so that my house would be available in the early summer when many people are out looking. Linda is a truly wonderful realtor. We first met her when she managed our property and since then she has sold two houses for us. The first house she helped us sell was the hardest for us. We were downsizing getting rid of 3/4 of our things and leaving the home we raised our boys in. This was an emotional undertaking and Linda was very encouraging. She helped us by clarifying what we needed to do to ready the place. There was a lot that needed fixing and updating and her suggestions were absolutely right. While negotiating the buyers wanted us to keep fixing up more and more. We just about let the sale go when Linda suggested that we write down all the things we had done so the buyers would quit nickle and diming us. The sale went through. Upon selling our rental I was much more savvy and had more emotional distance nevertheless riding the tight rope of putting money into a house in order to sell it can be frustrating. Linda was and is always positive and helped me to remain so when things didn't work out well at first. She is very professional and patient. She is exceedingly trustworthy. I think of her as a friend and recommend her highly

Linda Linder did a super job throughout the process of selling our home in O'Fallon IL From pre-listing through marketing two deals that fell through to the eventual sale she toiled hard to bring the sale to fruition. The home had been rented for over 25 years and Linda recommended marketing it 'as is' so the buyer would have a clean sheet of paper to make updates they preferred. Linda worked with the tenants on marketing the home before they left then toiled hard marketing it during the prime summer selling season. Particularly noteworthy was her effort to overcame not one but two signed contracts with buyers that could not qualify for financing--but persevered and maintained a positive attitude throughout. She facilitated the long-distance coordination with us in VA without a hitch and brought the sale to close six days earlier than the contract specified. We would unhesitatingly recommend Linda as sales associate to anyone wanting an involved professional real estate agent who looked out for us at every turn

Linda’s vast experience in real estate was an incredible asset to us, as we sold a property that had current tenants. She handled all of the communication with the tenants and the property management company, scheduling all showings, inspections, and appointments without any work on our part. She was calm, honest, and fair throughout the entire process, making us feel confident in the sale. Linda absolutely excelled throughout the process of making our home ready to sell marketing it overcoming several buyer financial obstacles--all the while maintaining a super-positive attitude through closing. The home was built in 1976 had had been rented for for 30 years. Linda recommended we sell 'as is' as it needed updating and would leave the buyer with a blank sheet of paper to update to their liking.. Linda worked closely with the tenants coordinating their departure then with her Property Management arm to maximize the curb appeal through the sale. Particularly noteworthy was the extra effort Linda gave when not one but two buyers on contract failed to qualify for financing. Needless to say we were anxious as the selling season was passing by. But Linda marketed the home effectively and secured a third buyer--and the home sale closed six days earlier than the contract specified. We are really grateful for the extra effort Linda put into marketing and selling our home. I would unhesitatingly recommend her to anyone wanting an involved professional sales agent!

Linda was extremely helpful in the sale of my home since I had moved from the area. She would even check the house during extreme cold to make sure heat was on. I would highly recommend her.
